Terms of Use

1 Access and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age, or between 13 and 18 with parental permission. If you are under 13 (or 16 in some countries), you may not use the Platform.

To access any Content, you must register by providing your name and email address. You represent that the information you provide is true and complete, and that you meet the eligibility requirements. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

"Content" means any course, session (pre-recorded or live), reference materials, and text files offered on the Platform.

When you register for Content, you may also access "Public Forums" — discussion boards for exchanging thoughts and knowledge. Participation is voluntary. We reserve the right to refuse access or remove content if you violate this Agreement.

2 License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial use. You may temporarily download one copy for personal transitory viewing if allowed.

This license does not grant you the right to:

• Modify, edit, or copy any Content or Creator Content
• Create derivative works or exploit materials in unauthorized ways
• Publicly display Content commercially or non-commercially
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer materials to another person or mirror on other servers

"Creator Content" includes audio, video, images, and text materials uploaded by the Creator on the Platform (other than the Content itself).

This license terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

3 Communications

The Platform includes Public Forums designed for you to communicate with us and other registrants. Participation is completely voluntary.

You represent that you own or control all rights to any content you upload or post on the Platform ("Learner Content"). By posting unless otherwise indicated, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content worldwide.

4 Code of Conduct

You agree to the following:

• Legitimate usage: Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• No harmful content: Content that incites violence, causes harm, or endangers safety is prohibited.
• No hateful content: Hate speech, libel, slander, threats, or defamatory statements are not tolerated.
• No violent content: Content meant to sensationalize, shock, or disturb is not allowed.
• No harassment: We do not tolerate harassment or bullying and strive to keep the Platform safe.
• No spam: Untargeted, unwanted, repetitive content or messages violate this Agreement.
• No scams: Content designed to trick others for financial gain is not allowed.
• Respect privacy: Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
• No impersonation: Impersonating another person is not permitted.
• No unauthorized access: Do not disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.

5 Intellectual Property

We own all information, materials, Content, Creator Content, trademarks, trade dress, logos, illustrations, concepts, layout, design, look and feel, software, and other data made available to you ("Creator's Intellectual Property"). You may not modify it, and you acquire no ownership rights by using the Platform.

6 Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, comments, or product feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback in any form. You shall have no intellectual property rights resulting from our incorporation of your Feedback.

7 Payments and Refunds

To register for Content, you may need to pay a "Content Fee" as applicable. Payment is processed through third-party processors. Once you purchase access, it cannot be cancelled and there shall be no refund unless stated in our Refund Policy.

We use third-party payment providers and do not capture or store your sensitive personal information.

8 Disclaimer

9 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Content or materials on the Platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

10 Indemnity and Release

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Creator, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action (including attorney's fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law, rules, regulations, or third-party rights.

11 Third Party Links

We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their contents. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Creator's home jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Creator's home jurisdiction.

13 Miscellaneous

• Amendments: We reserve the right to make changes to the Platform, policies, and this Agreement at any time. Check frequently for recent changes.
• Waiver: If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we remain entitled to use our rights in any future breach.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. Any attempt to do so is null and void.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
