Digital PDF products delivered instantly. Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Telegram Group Access
Single-use invite links delivered upon payment. Non-refundable once the link is generated and sent.
AI Solver Access
Usage-based digital service. Non-refundable once credits have been consumed for answer generation.
All products on IGNOU AI are non-tangible digital goods. Once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered or accessed, we do not issue refunds. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once accessed, the value has been delivered.
1 When Refunds May Apply
While our general policy is no refunds for digital products, we understand that exceptional situations can occur. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
- Non-delivery: If the product was not delivered to you due to a system failure on our end.
- Technical issues: If a product is fundamentally broken and cannot be used as described.
2 How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptions above, please reach out to us with:
- Your order details or payment confirmation
- A description of the issue you encountered
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We review all refund requests individually and aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All payments are processed through Razorpay's secure checkout with signature verification. We never store your card details. If you experience any payment-related issues, please contact us immediately.
